Caroline Di Tommaso holds a Bachelor of Commerce and Bachelor of Laws and has been practising as a corporate and commercial lawyer at Herceg Lawyers since 2005.
Prior to joining Herceg Lawyers, Caroline worked as a law clerk in the personal injury and workers compensation division of Curwood and Partners. Caroline has also completed a Graduate Diploma in Applied Corporate Governance with Chartered Secretaries Australia. She currently advises listed companies on various corporate governance issues, capital raisings, floats, funds management, takeovers and general commercial transactions.
